Our customers can request support using our support ticket system at InterlockLedger Support Center. There you can also request links to software downloads, ask for license files, access a comprehensive knowledge base, see the history of past tickets from your company, and ask questions directly to our support and development team.

You will need a personal account to access this system, if you don’t have one, ask for a new account to the contact point with your organization and IL2.

Open Source Support

We do not provide free support for our open source offerings but you are welcome to report issues or ask for help in the communities for each project. Issues and doubts will be replied to by the community or by our team directly depending on the availability and/or importance of the issues/doubts reported.

If you are one of our customers, you can request support on those open-source components using our InterlockLedger Support Center. There you will get support under the same SLA applied to your organization.
